BuildCrew started in 2008 as a two-person framing outfit and grew into a full-service construction company serving homeowners, architects and small commercial clients. Yes. The first site visit and the resulting line-item estimate are free with no obligation. We only ask for a deposit once a written scope is signed and the project is scheduled.
BuildCrew carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage and works under the appropriate contractor licensing for the jurisdictions we operate in. Certificates are provided before work begins.
Any change to the signed scope is documented as a written change order with its own price and schedule impact, approved by you before the work proceeds. There are no verbal surprises on the final invoice.
Absolutely. Many clients hire us purely as the build or construction-management team. We coordinate trades, control cost and report weekly while your designer stays involved.
We work across the greater Columbus, Ohio metro and surrounding counties. If you are slightly outside that area, contact us — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
